<Terms & Conditions>

<General>

  • You have to credit me with a link to my commission site, carrd or Twitter

  • I will need 1-8 weeks to complete your video depending on the complexity.

  • I will only accept commissions with finished art and timed/tuned mix.

  • Video will be exported in 1080p 30fps (If you want something else you have to let me know).

  • I have the right to reject a commission if I for some reason feel like I can't do it.

  • Please provide the lyrics you want in the video with vocalized and actual language (ex. romaji & kanji).

  • Make sure the art is big enough to not look pixelated, at least 2000x2000 pixels

  • I will send WIP files of the animation. If you want to change anything you have to tell me before the final render. Otherwise I will charge extra. Mistakes by me (spelling errors ect) are changed for free

  • If you are going to use the video for commercial purposes you have to let me know beforehand and will have to pay an additional fee.

  • If you order character animation all the parts you want animated have to be properly separated. I will not separate them for you.

  • It's easier for me to do a video to your liking if you provide a storyboard or a mood board. The more you tell me the better. Be sure to tell me what kind of style you want.

  • You need to provide a doc with all credits (name/link/role)

<Payment>

  • I only accept PayPal

  • All prices are in Euro (PayPal taxes not included)

  • I have two payment methods

    • A) Full payment before starting

    • B) 50% before starting and 50% when finished

  • No refunds unless I haven't started animating or can't finish for some reason
